In Social Studies there will be three kinds of assessments:
1. Homework – 10% of grade – consists of independent practice completed outside of class.
2. Formative Assessments – 50% of grade – may include class work, daily or weekly
Assignments, notebook checkups, quizzes, smaller projects, and exit slips.
3. Summative Assessments – 40% of grade – may include major projects and chapter Tests.
